Full-Time Hifz Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred in Hifz/Quran/Arabic/Islamic Studies or related fields.
2. Must have ‘Ijaza in Hifz, recitation or other Quranic sciences.
3. At least three (1) years of experience in the US in Hifz/ Quran.
4. Must have excellent Tajweed and Memorization of the Quran
5. Strong communications, public relations, and interpersonal skills in Islamic Environment
6. Proven track record of teaching groups of children at various proficiency levels in Quranic recitation, within
age groups of Six to fifteen years.
7. Must have excellent Tajweed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide Hifz instructions that emphasize high expectations and results in student success.
2. Develop performance objectives, monitor, track Hifz progress and an improvement plan for Hifz Students
3. Provide leadership that emphasizes high expectations and results in student success.
4. Mentor and guide paid and volunteer teaching staff.
5. Promote a positive image of the Hifz and maintain a positive working relationship with children, parents and the community members.
6. Demonstrate Tarbiyah awareness and help with activities to meet those needs.
7. Encourage Islamic behavior in all activities and enhance climate.
8. Ensure that school rules and student discipline is appropriate and equitable with Islamic character.
